Young Indians are preparing for vocational training in Germany, learning the language, culture and daily life before starting jobs in nursing, hospitality, transport or food processing. With Germany facing a shortage of skilled workers, many see new opportunities abroad. Social media and training centers fuel interest as students share hopes, concerns and excitement about building futures in Germany.
