The European Asylum Support Office (EASO) has opened information hotlines in Italy and Greece as part of its communications campaign for EU relocations, according to a statement by the EASO.
The hotline is available to those in need of and eligible for international protection, and provides information on how to access the EU relocation programme. Information on application status and potential asylum seekers "Relocations are the safe and legal way to move to other European countries," EASO said. The hotline (+39 345 4057316)is operated by EASO experts and cultural mediators, and is available Monday through Friday. Hotline experts can also provide information on application status, as well as family reunification for potential asylum seekers.
