The UN warns of atrocities in South Sudan, hundreds of migrants are stranded in Serbia at the Hungarian border, and according to a new report, EU countries have taken in only around 12,000 refugees from Greece and Italy instead of the promised 160,000. Read more in today’s news-roundup.


  1. More than 52,000 South Sudanese forced to flee to Uganda: Continued conflict and reports of killings and rape have forced thousands of people to flee to neighboring Uganda in January alone.
