Over the weekend, Tunisian authorities say they picked up 125 migrants bound for Europe. The majority of the group were sub-Saharan Africans.

The 2021 Immigration Report by the IDOS research center noted that, between January and mid-November 2020, "Italy sent back 1,240 migrants and asylum seekers to Slovenia" as part of readmission agreements.

The wall willl cost an estimated €353 million. The legislation is expected to be signed by President Andrzej Duda in the coming days.
