Today's picture shows around 150 migrants as they are being transferred from Lampedusa to Porto Empedocle near Agrigento on a ship connecting the Pelagie Islands with Sicily. There are currently over 500 migrants in the reception center in the island of Lampedusa waiting to be transferred to other locations in Italy.
