German lawyers have pressed murder charges against an Afghan refugee for killing a Freiburg student. The UN refugee agency UNHCR has announced today that the total of Syrian refugees have exceeded 5 million and a German mayor has said that the 'wrong' migrants are being deported from Germany.   1. German prosecutors press murder charges in Freiburg student's killing: Maria L., the 19-year-old victim, had worked with refugees before she was attacked and murdered in Freiburg in October.
