Human smugglers have killed 22 migrants on a Libyan beach. EU leaders are meeting in Brussels to discuss migration, security and other issues, and another round of Syrian peace talks is set to take place on March 23. All this and more in today's roundup.
- Smugglers kill 22 African migrants on Libya beach: Migrants were set to embark from Sabrata beach, 70 kilometres west of Tripoli. They were killed on Wednesday after refusing to baord their boat due to bad weather, a security source said, according to AFP.
