This picture shows the "Tracing Bus": a mobile office of the Red Cross that connects refugees with separated loved ones. Users of the service can make a telephone call of up to three minutes free of charge with assistance from Red Cross staff.

The bus, a project of the Dutch Red Cross, has already made stops in Italy in Como, Milan, Ventimiglia, Taranto and Lampedusa. So far, over 1,000 migrants have used the service to try to trace family members, friends or partners, and nearly 60 percent of the phone calls have been successful. Infomigrants with ANSA
